Edith Ford was born in 1947 in San Antonio, Texas. She has
a BFA from the University of Houston in 1969 focus on studio art and philosophy. a MA in Art History from the University of Utah. traveled and worked in Africa and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Throughout her art career, she has sought to capture the sensual expression of light blended with symbols and natural form.
